Product Overview
Seamless pipe is made by piercing and rolling a solid round billet, so there is no weld seam anywhere along its length. That gives better pressure containment and fatigue performance than welded pipe, which is what high pressure and cyclic service demand. Wall thickness is even and the bore is clean, and we can test to API 5L PSL2 with hydrostatic pressure, ultrasonic inspection, tensile and impact testing, or meet the hardness and chemistry limits of NACE MR0175 for sour service.

Applications
Used for long distance oil and gas transmission and gathering lines, process piping in refineries and chemical plants, boiler and heat exchanger tubes, high pressure hydraulic lines and machining stock. Oil, gas and municipal projects in the Middle East, Central Asia and West Africa are the main export routes, and these buyers usually ask for third-party inspection plus an EN 10204 3.1 certificate.
Packing / Delivery / Payment
Shipped bare in 1-3 ton bundles with end caps fitted, and plastic thread protectors on threaded pipe; a 20GP holds about 22-25 tons. Stock ships in 10-20 days and production orders in 30-40 days. Payment by L/C at sight or T/T with 30% deposit. EN 10204 3.1 mill certificate, hydrostatic and NDT reports, SGS inspection, packing list and Certificate of Origin are supplied.
