Product Overview
This is SPCC cold rolled steel sheet, cold reduced from hot rolled pickled coil and then either left full hard or finish annealed and skin passed. Because it is rolled at room temperature the surface is smooth and the thickness is held far tighter than hot rolled sheet – about +/-0.03 mm at 0.5 mm – so a press tool is set once and stays set. Full hard material gives high yield strength for structural and pressure parts, while the annealed and skin passed grade draws and bends without cracking for appliance fascias, drum bodies and furniture back panels.
