Product Overview
This line turns galvanized or pre-painted coil into corrugated roofing sheets continuously. The forming section has 13-18 roll stations; rolls are hard chrome plated to 0.05 mm over 45# steel shafts held in line-bored housings, which is what keeps the profile square along the length of the sheet. A hydraulic flying shear cuts to the set length without stopping the line and leaves a burr-free edge. A PLC with a touch screen sets length, batch quantity and speed, with inverter drive and overload protection, so one operator runs the whole machine.
