Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 January 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the sale of goods by Tsanbin Global ("Seller") to buyers ("Buyer"). By placing an inquiry or order, or by using this site, you agree to these terms. Where a signed contract or a proforma invoice states different terms, those terms prevail.

1. Quotations & Requests for Quotation

All quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise, are subject to mill availability, and are made in the currency and Incoterm stated. A quotation is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Prices may be adjusted for changes in steel market levels, exchange rates, freight or specification before the order is confirmed.

2. Orders & Acceptance

An order is accepted only when we issue a Proforma Invoice and receive the agreed deposit or a workable letter of credit. Specifications, grades, sizes, tolerances, packing, quantity and inspection requirements must be agreed in writing before production.

3. Prices & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading, or an irrevocable L/C at sight. Bank charges outside China are for the Buyer’s account. Where payment is overdue, we may suspend shipment and charge interest at 1% per month.

4. Incoterms & Delivery

Delivery is governed by the Incoterm stated on the Proforma Invoice (FOB, CFR, CIF, etc.) under Incoterms® 2020. Risk passes as defined by that Incoterm. Quoted lead times are estimates and run from receipt of the deposit or L/C and confirmation of all specifications.

5. Quantity & Weight

Quantity is as stated on the Proforma Invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, weight is based on theoretical weight or the shipping weight noted, and a variation of ±3% is acceptable for mill-production orders. Payment follows the invoiced weight at the agreed basis.

6. Inspection & Quality Claims

Goods are supplied to the standard and grade stated in the contract, supported by a mill test certificate. Any quality claim must be made in writing within 30 days of arrival at the destination port and supported by a third-party inspection report (SGS, BV or equivalent) and photographs. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. Goods must not be processed, cut or installed before a claim is raised.

7. Warranty

Steel products are warranted to conform to the agreed specification at the time of shipment. This is in place of all other warranties, express or implied. For machines, a separate warranty applies as stated in the sales contract.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including mill shutdown, strikes, government action, export restrictions, natural disaster, war, epidemic or transport disruption. The affected party will notify the other promptly, and obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the invoiced value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, production or contract with the Buyer’s own customers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos and data — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by friendly negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to arbitration (e.g. CIETAC) or to the courts of the agreed jurisdiction, as stated in the contract.

12. Termination

We may suspend or cancel an order if the Buyer breaches these terms, fails to pay, or becomes insolvent. Amounts already due remain payable.

13. Amendments & Contact

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of the order. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
