We hold long-term contracts with 45+ qualified mills and keep approved suppliers on file for every product line, so when one mill is full or short on a grade, we move your allocation to another without changing the specification you approved.
Three-Tier Quality Inspection
Every order passes three checkpoints before it leaves China:
- Mill inspection — the steel is checked against the standard at the producing mill, with a mill test certificate (MTC) issued.
- Tsanbin Global in-house check — our QC team verifies grade, dimensions, tolerance, coating weight and surface on a sampling basis at the warehouse.
- Third-party inspection (on request) — SGS, BV or TUV witness sampling, testing and container-loading supervision, with the report issued in your name.
Logistics & Port Advantages
We ship from Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo and Guangzhou, which lets us match your order to the nearest mill and the most competitive freight route. Our logistics team books space early, provides container-stuffing photos, and prepares the full document set (B/L, packing list, invoice, CO, MTC) so your goods clear without delays.
Export Service Team
Your inquiry is handled by a named export specialist who speaks your language and understands your standard. We answer within 12 hours, prepare samples on request, and follow your order from contract to arrival — one contact, not a queue.
On-Time Delivery Record
Across more than 3500 export shipments since 2012, 97.5% were shipped on or before the agreed date. When a delay is unavoidable — a mill outage, a typhoon, a space shortage — we tell you early and offer an alternative, not an excuse.
