Product Overview
This is a four-legged self-supporting lattice tower in which main members are Q345B and bracing is Q235B, lofted either from your drawings or from our standard tower family. Members are CNC cut and punched on multi-station presses with a hole pitch tolerance of +/-1 mm, so the crew on site bolts the tower together without reaming holes. The complete tower is acid pickled and hot dip galvanized to 86-120 microns, giving three decades of corrosion protection. Every member is steel stamped with its section number and shipped with matching galvanized bolts, step bolts and clamps.
