Product Overview
This is continuously hot dip galvanized coil: the strip is annealed, dipped through a 450-460 C zinc bath and the coating weight is set precisely by air knives, so face-to-back coating difference stays small. The normal spangle is skin passed to an even surface, and chromium-free passivation plus anti-fingerprint treatment can be applied where adhesion and corrosion resistance matter. It slits and cuts to length cleanly, with no coating flaking or bend cracking.

Applications
Used as the substrate for PPGI roofing and wall cladding and suspended ceiling panels, and directly for ventilation ducting, refrigerator and washing machine housings, air conditioner casings and switchgear cabinets. Building material buyers in Southeast Asia and the Middle East take 0.3-0.6 mm for roof sheets, while appliance suppliers use 0.4-0.8 mm with a heavier coating.
