Product Overview
Roofing screws are cold headed from low carbon wire with a hex or pan head and a bonded EPDM washer, and a dual lead drill point that cuts and taps through 0.5-3.0 mm galvanized or pre-painted steel in a single pass with no pilot hole. Plain zinc or a Ruspert coating takes salt spray beyond 1000 hours without red rust, and once the fastener is tightened the washer compresses into an elastic seal so the fixing hole does not leak.
