Product Overview
These sheets are cold formed from pre-painted coil with a 20 micron top coat and 7 micron back coat, colour matched to any RAL reference and held within Delta E 1.5 across a production batch. Against plain galvanized sheets, colour coated panels look tidier and can be left exposed on buildings clients want to show off, and the paint film adds a barrier layer – salt spray testing runs beyond 500 hours without blistering.

Applications
Used for standard factory and warehouse roofs, petrol station canopies, container house roofs and walls, and the coloured roofs of roadside shops and agri-tourism parks. Buyers in the Middle East and South America often pair RAL 7016 dark grey with RAL 3003 brick red and take matching trims so the whole elevation reads as one system.
Packing / Delivery / Payment
Shipped in strapped stacks on timber dunnage with corner protection, each package 1.5-3.5 tons, accessories in the same shipment; a 20GP holds about 20-25 tons. Stock colours ship in 10-15 days and special shades in 20-30 days. Payment by L/C at sight or T/T with 30% deposit. Mill certificate, coating and colour difference test reports, RoHS declaration, packing list and Certificate of Origin are supplied.
