Product Overview
On a hot dip galvanized substrate we apply a primer, then print wood grain, marble, brick or abstract patterns with four colour gravure rolls, and finally laminate a 20 micron transparent protective film and emboss it so the surface has the raised feel of real wood. Pattern consistency holds from coil to coil, and the finish resists abrasion – 100 alcohol rubs leave no primer showing.
