Product Overview
PPGI starts from a hot dip galvanized coil that is degreased, passivated, primed and then finished with a top and back coat that is oven cured. The top coat runs 18-25 microns and the back coat 5-10 microns, and adhesion is good enough to survive 0-2T bends and pressing without cracking or flaking. Colour is checked coil by coil with a spectrophotometer against the RAL card, holding Delta E within 1.5 across one order so a large roof reads as one colour.
