Product Overview
DX51D+Z is a forming grade hot dip galvanized sheet, and the Z275 designation means 275 g/m2 of coating across both faces – roughly 19 microns per side, which doubles the corrosion life of Z120 in coastal and high humidity service. A minimised spangle plus passivation keeps the coating from flaking during pressing and bending, and the cut to length line leaves square edges and flat panels that go straight onto a laser cutter or press brake.
