Product Overview
Flat bar is hot rolled from rectangular billet into a square edged, straight sided product, with width and thickness controlled to GB/T 704 and minimal variation within a heat so parts line up when punched and bent in batches. It is the most used connecting and stiffening material in steelwork – gusset plates, sag rods, bracing, clamps and fence rails – and can be galvanized for outdoor fencing.
