Product Overview
This is a complete prefabricated steel building, engineered from your drawings or from our standard spans. The main frame is hot rolled H beam portal construction with high strength bolted column-to-rafter connections, so nothing is welded on site and erection runs more than 30% faster than a traditional welded frame. Members are shot blasted to Sa2.5 in the factory and primed with epoxy, and the package includes C or Z purlins, horizontal and vertical bracing, sag rods and either sandwich panel or single skin colour steel cladding – all itemised and shipped together.

Applications
Used for logistics warehouses, production workshops, cold store envelopes, farm machinery and building material stores, used car showrooms and spare parts stores at mines and ports. Industrial park projects in the Middle East, Africa and South America usually buy whole buildings, and we supply foundation anchor drawings and an erection sequence so the owner only has to complete the civil works.
Packing / Delivery / Payment
Members are itemised and packed in erection sequence, with main steel strapped bare and bolts and fittings in wooden cases, loaded in 40HQ containers or break bulk; a 20GP holds about 22-25 tons. Lead time is 30-45 days including design approval. Payment by T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment, or L/C at sight. Structural calculations, CE documents, SGS inspection, packing list, Certificate of Origin and erection drawings are provided.
