The expandable container house ships as a closed 20ft module and unfolds on site: the two side sections slide out horizontally on the base rails and the roof panels unfold over them, so the shipped footprint of about 14 sqm becomes a floor area of about 37 sqm in under an hour with no crane. The structure is a galvanized steel frame of corner posts and top and bottom rails finished with standard container corner castings; walls are 50 to 75 mm fire retardant sandwich panels, the roof is galvanized cladding over insulation, and the floor is 18 mm cement board with a PVC or laminate finish. Wiring, sockets, lights and a bathroom can be factory fitted.

Applications
Used as site offices and meeting rooms, mine and oilfield camps, resort guest villas, farm stay cabins, temporary clinics and shops. Projects in Central Asia, Africa and South America favour it because a complete family unit arrives and only needs power and water connected on site.
Packing / Delivery / Payment
Shipped folded with the frame strapped, interior fittings boxed and the walls protected by corner guards; one 40HQ takes 4-6 sets. Lead time is 25-35 days. Payment by T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment, or L/C at sight. CE documents, SGS inspection, assembly manual, electrical layout, packing list, Certificate of Origin and optional engineer supervision are provided.
