Product Overview
The space capsule is a self contained accommodation unit with a curved steel and aluminium shell, an insulated cladding skin and a panoramic front window, delivered with the interior already finished in timber and wall board – so it works as a hotel room or a private retreat with nothing built on site. The shell welds are sealed for air and water tightness and the roof, floor and wall joints use a gasket plus a rain screen, so the unit stays weathertight on the delivery truck. Glazing is tempered double glazed low E, lighting is LED, and air conditioning and floor heating connections are pre-installed.

Applications
Used for resort and hotel rooms, glamping and caravan park accommodation, scenic overlooks, vineyard and farm retreats, and staff quarters at remote mines. Buyers in Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Latin America add rooms without a construction permit.
Packing / Delivery / Payment
Shipped assembled with the glazing and interior protected by foam and film, blocked and lashed on a flat rack or inside a 40HQ with the legs braced; one to two units per container. Lead time is 30-45 days. Payment by T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment, or L/C at sight. CE documents, SGS inspection, interior layout drawings, packing list, Certificate of Origin and optional on site installation support are provided.
