Product Overview
One machine makes both C and Z purlins, switching over quickly by folding the auxiliary rolls and shifting spacers rather than changing complete roll sets. After forming, a hydraulic punch makes the three web holes and the flange slotted holes in one stroke, with positions set automatically by the PLC from the ordered length – replacing a man with a hand drill. Cutting is hydraulic with a +/-1 mm length tolerance. An optional automatic stacker at the end of the line lifts, stacks and straps finished purlins, removing two operators from the process. Shafts are 40Cr through hardened and roll surfaces are chrome plated.
