Product Overview
We cold draw Q195 low carbon rod down to size, then pickle, flux and hot dip galvanize it. The resulting coating is a zinc-iron alloy layer under a pure zinc outer layer, metallurgically bonded to the steel, so it survives bending, knotting and weaving without the flaking that plagues electroplated wire – and it lasts three to five times longer outdoors. Coating weight is graded to your requirement, and the wire stays round with a consistent tensile.
