Product Overview
Electro galvanized wire is plated in a zinc sulphate electrolyte. The coating, typically 8-30 g/m2, is thinner than hot dip but far more uniform, and the surface comes out bright and smooth with the diameter held to +/-0.02 mm – which is exactly what delicate weaving needs. A thin coating also welds better, so mesh can be spot welded after plating: the reason it is used for hexagonal netting, insect screens and filter cloth.

Applications
Used for weaving hexagonal wire netting and window screens, as filter mesh cores replacing stainless steel, as the base wire of security mesh, for packaging ties and twist ties, floral frames and carton or bag sealing wire. European and South American buyers are strict about surface brightness and diameter consistency.
Packing / Delivery / Payment
