Product Overview
In the flat pack version the fully welded top and bottom frames are the primary structure, fitted with standard container corner castings, while wall panels, roof and joinery travel stacked flat in the container. On site the frames are lifted into place, panels slid in and the corners bolted, which two workers complete in about two hours per set. Electric conduits and wiring are finished in the factory, so the only connections needed on arrival are the external power and water supply. The structure is stiffer than a folding unit, so two levels can be stacked with stair and walkway connection points designed in.
