Product Overview

This is hot rolled medium plate, rolled from slab on a four high reversing mill, then hot levelled and slow cooled on the cooling bed so the plate stays flat and low in residual stress. Both trimmed edge and mill edge material is available; trimmed plate holds width within +/-20 mm, which lets the fabricator nest parts on a CNC cutter first time. Through thickness properties to Z15 or Z25 are available for joints that pull across the plate thickness.
