Product Overview
This line roll forms drywall and ceiling keel profiles – studs, tracks, furring channels and corner beads – continuously from galvanized or cold rolled strip. Strip is decoiled, levelled and then formed down over 12 to 16 stations, punched where the profile needs service or hanger holes, and cut to length by a flying shear that travels with the strip so the line never stops. Cut length is set on the PLC touch screen and held to +/-1 mm, and a profile change is done with spacers in one to two hours rather than a complete roll set.

CE documents, operation and maintenance manuals, a test run sample and video before dispatch, packing list and Certificate of Origin are supplied, with optional engineer commissioning.
